Individual Notarizations
General notarizations are $10 per signature notarized (per CA Statutory Code). Travel fees are assessed separately and will be calculated for each individual appointment. Payments may be made by cash, as well as credit card or PayPal via "Pay Now" link below. Credit card or Paypal payments can be made once a signing fee has been quoted to the client. Payments are due upon arrival for signing appointment. Cancellation notice is required at least 2 hours in advance.

                                             

Loan Documents
Loan signing fees vary from $150-$300. Please call for a quote. Quoted fee includes notarization fee and travel fee. Cancellation, refusal to sign, or no shows by clients are charged any applicable fees for services that have already been rendered (eg. travel fee, printing fee, etc.). Services that are paid through escrow must be received within 30 days of funding. Past due payments are subject to a 5% late fee per month.
